Thinking outside the box, why does the person coming to pick you up need to come all the way in to JFK? Why not meet you half way say Morristown so you could give them a call when you get to Penn, hop on the NJ Transit train to Morristown and they would know approximately when to come pick you up rather than checking the arrivals at JFK.
