Any suggestions for other options on how to pay for this? Just occurred to me that she may like a snack also; can these be paid without a CC?
I had the same question as my two boys are traveling this weekend as UM. Fortunately for them, they are in FC so I don't have to worry about credit card issue. However, I did some research just in case and found these options and offerings from reliable CO staff and FAs:

- Prepaid credit card (debit card)
- Hand your card to the GA that is boarding your daughter and have them swipe your card for DirecTV and bring it back to you. Do the same on the other end with your parents/grandparents
- If you pay UM fees, the child is allowed one free snack/meal from the menu
- Pack her some snack if what she gets is not enough
- Give her some cash and hope some pax with CC will swipe their card in exchange
