United and Eva Air dont seem to have an agreement on baggage. Also, I think it's safer for the bags to not get lost if I pick them up and drop them off.

The one thing that confuses me though is this:-
Once I pick the bags from the baggage claim, how do I get to the international terminal where the Eva Air Check in Counter will be?

Ive only been to Seatac once so far, and I'm thinking I'll need to get on the train?

I have two big ... bags, and two smaller ones. It will definitely be a hassle, but does anyone know
A)How long will the walk be from the domestic baggage claim counter to the international Eva Air Check in Counter?
B) Will Eva Air take my bags at 6pm when my flight will take off at 3am the next day? If not, around what time will they start taking my bags?
