Paying fees on reward tickets that can't be booked online.
Hi,

I want to book a reward ticket from JFK to BKK on CX routing through HKG. I can see the whole ticket available when I search with Asia Miles or when I look for the JFK-HKG + HKG-BKK components seperately on the BA website I can see them too.

So since I can't book the ticket online, I'm going to have to call someone at the BA Executive club. I'm only a BA Blue (points come from a CC) so will I have to pay the telephone booking fees or can I avoid them since online does not work?
