In the UA boarding system, those that purchase PremierLine are assigned Boarding Group 1 (This was the Boarding Group for 2P/*S). So they boarded when BG1 was called -- no such announcement for Premier Line folks.
As long as the CC folks are designated in their PNR as BG1, this would work with no extra effort.
