I hadn't heard of it before this week, so I thought I'd post to gauge how many other AA Elites had heard of it before. I'm not sure it provides a huge bonus over the Amex Plat card, except that you'd get AA miles instead of MR points for the annual spend, in addition to the small 2-for-1 on AA purchases.

The 10k EQMs are nice, but it sucks that it's calendar year only, so I doubt I would want to get it right now since there's no way I can spend $40k in the remaining 5 months of the year.
