One of the things I really like about EZY, with the one exception noted above, is the cabin crews. They usually aren't self-important, nor disinterested. They just seem to be down-to-earth normal people, just like most of their passengers.
One thing I find interesting is that they (even the pilots) tend to welcome you to the "easyJet service to X". In the UK, that's very much a bit of railway-speak and not something I'd expect to hear on a flight. Is that perhaps where they position themselves? Ryanair is a bus with wings, easyJet is a train with wings?
