Update: I just caught up with my bag at FSD... They wanted me to claim it here even though I am on my way out for another few days. The agents here didn't know what to do with it because SUX closed the ticket when they sent the bags on to FSD. I said no, I want it delivered to my house tonight. My dirty laundry in it for the last 3 days will be growing something if I leave it in my parked vehicle for the next few days.

I just received the survey e-mail on to tell them how they did. Hmm, this is a no brainer.
