The part that confuses me is why TSA employees are calling what the woman did "sexual assault."
Assault, certainly. But sexual? If what the TSA does to travelers every day isn't sexual, then neither was this woman's assault on the TSA clerk.
(And I'd support changing the laws to make assaulting a TSA clerk
malum prohibitum rather than
malum in se. What goes around comes around an' a' o' that.)
