I will say this from personal experience. PHX is among the worst of all airports run by TSA. The agents are rude, arrogant, and downright unethical. When I saw this story and that it happened in PHX, I was not at all surprised.

PHX ranks right up there with stories I've heard out of RDU and BWI.
