I can't guarantee I'll remember all the alphabet soup, but that explains it all pretty clearly and I can come back here to refresh my memory before my next flight. I'll have a clearer perspective, I think, when I go through the checkpoint, of who is doing what, and if I should have a problem (never had yet, but I only fly 2-4 segments per year), I'll have a better idea of how to appeal up the chain of command to resolve it.
