Every aberrant society in history has usually had lots and lots of laws.

Countries which achieved a high level of liberty, such as the US used to have, were nations of Law, not laws. The notion of natural Law hinges around two principles: don't encroach on someone else or on his property, and (2) do everything you say you'll do.

hmm. You are encroaching on us in forcing us to a hobson's choice of be strip searched or groped in private areas in order to secure our lives, our futures, our hopes (life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, etc.) You are violating the 4th Amendment that states such searches can only occur for cause, you in this case being the TSA and a cadre of black robed monkeys on federal benches.
