Chase is now offering the same 50k pts for the premier card, with an $85 annual fee waived for first year, instead of the old $65 that starts right away.

IMO, it's a better deal if you don't plan to keep the card opened for more than 4 years, since total fees for the first 4 years will be less under the new deal.
