I just noticed this and would comment. We returned from the Park Hyatt Shanghai about 10 days ago. Had terrible service checking in and with our room. No one ever looked at the notes we had put in the reservation. I emailed the Director of Rooms on the day we checked in. We stayed 6 nights. I received a response 3 days after we checked out. Full of excuses.
I love the look of the hotel but the service has gone downhill from our prior stays. Also, the food service and quality had gone down as well. Still a beautiful hotel but not as good as it was during the Expo.
