How do SQ FAs address passengers on the PA in Mandarin?

I wonder if anyone can tell me how the SQ FAs address their passengers on the PA in Chinese...

Is it "Ladies and Gentllmen" or
the formal "You" (nin) or
the casual "You" (ni) or
something else

Was on a UA flight yesterday and the apparent Singapore native flight attendant kept saying "you people" (ni men) on the PA. So, I wonder if that is how the language is used in Singapore or this guy had no manners?
