are there any perks for having your account address in Japan?

A co-worker in the Japanese branch told me that Delta sometimes have special
offers for Japanese members only.

I can get mail at my company's Japanese branch address.(which gets forwarded to the US home office every week). Is there any benefit for doing this?

I currently use my US home address on my account.
