Unfortunately, T-class earns 0% on UA. A travel agent informed me of the above. I then called NZ to confirm who says their flights are in Q (not T). So then I called another agent who confirmed T, then VS who confirmed T, then NZ again who confirmed T.



Then that's something you have to bring up with UA .. cos T should earn 100% miles on international routes on other FFPs like BD, AC...
Why don't you credit miles to CO's Onepass and then when the merge happens, you'll get your miles merged with UA's then...?
