My vote goes to AA First. AA First Suite is still a decent product - just make sure to reserve a window seat (for free). Plus Bose headsets, PTV screens bigger than in BA's 'old' First and access to CX/BA F lounges so you will not even have to visit this so called 'AA Flagship Lounge' at LHR T3. Food will be better than in CW (I was a bit shocked as there are some posts on this forum that food in CW is now even worse than in AA Business). If you do not expect too much from AA First (well - in fact - duvet and toilet kit will be the same as in Business) you will be fine.
