First Class seats on Hawaiian vs. Business Class on Korean Air?

So are the First Class Seats comfortable?
How is the seat recline?
How is the service, overall?

I just booked two seats for my parents and a bit concerned if Hawaiian Air FC seats are not nearly comfortable as Korean Air Business Class.

I could have booked Delta BC but that would be a long stop over at Narita.
