In MMB it doesn't show that yellow box, with all the requirements if you choose that seat so it shouldn't be one, but I just want to know for sure. I know it sounds like a stupid question but I don't want anyone denied that seat at check in, who doesn't fit the requirements of being seated in an emergency exit row seat.
