I asked an employee who actually looked up and showed me the bulletin. Here's the real scoop, and we can all stop the panic:
- Exit Rows will remain free for Preferred members
- Exit Rows can still be reserved in advance for Preferred members
- Exit Rows will be available for Purchase for Non-Preferred members at check-in only (not reserved ahead of time).
So, there is NO difference for preferred members. Non-preferred members will have to pay choice seats fees for exit row seating. This is effective August 3rd.
