I just got the email from AA and I'm not DFW or MIA based. I think their emails are to their elite status members. However, I also have Global Entry so I'm not positive what prompted my "you may be eligible" email.
I just got the email too! (I'm NYC based.)
Looks like status is the operative thing here in ordered to be deemed "eligible" by AA. I doubt that AA knows whether we have GE/NEXUS/SENTRI membership.
Either way, I'm covered to participate! I have NEXUS, GE, and am EXP who has received the email!
