Someone is bringing some cologne from Europe back to the US next week. The bottle is only an ounce, but since cologne contains alcohol, is it considered a flammable liquid? The person was going to put it in a carry-on in case the check-through luggage gets lost, but now we're concerned that it might be confiscated by TSA in the carry-on.
