Not all golds can be accommodated at every lunch. Logistically, it could be a nightmare in Seattle for an open invite to golds for a lunch, even if they can't all show. There's a method to the gold lunch invitation madness, but I'm not quite sure what it is. I've been gold for 4 years, and have only been once.
