I'm trying to get MP mileage credit for Mrs og for a TG flight BKK-ICN. Ticket was paid Z and issued by LH. UA MP numbers were manually entered into the reservation at the departure airport for both of us. Her BP showed UA*
My flight details correctly arrived in my MP account for the flight in question.
After trying to get mileage credit, .bomb has returned the message: Unfortunately, this flight is not eligible for credit. You must only select routes that qualify for Mileage Plus credit.
Is this a case of trying to get credit by writing letters and attaching BPs?
So far as I'm aware only W and V fares, both lowly eco ones, are not crediting. All others, especially in the forward cabin, should credit. What you're hitting up against is the mapping from LH to TG and you should continue your attempt for 2271 miles.
