Is this a case of trying to get credit by writing letters and attaching BPs?
So far as I'm aware only W and V fares, both lowly eco ones, are not crediting. All others, especially in the forward cabin, should credit. What you're hitting up against is the mapping from LH to TG and you should continue your attempt for 2271 miles.
