Do you have to pay a fee to the CPB if you're driving from Canada to the US?
Do you have to pay a fee to the CPB if you're driving from Canada to the US? (for a US citizen) I think the answer is no, because I don't recall paying anything driving from Windsor to Detroit a few years ago. On the other hand, airline passengers all have to pay a fee, don't they?
