You know? If I had only read the ABQ police report about Phil Mocek's conduct and arrest, I would have concluded that it was a slam-dunk conviction. Phil had the persistence and resources to rip apart the case in court. I hope someone would pick up her case pro bono or that the ACLU would do it.
