Interesting, I found an article that quoted BofA as saying they had made no changes to their airline debit card benefits. This benefit is also not listed as a credit card benefit on the BofA website. So, apparently this is a Mileage Plan benefit, and Alaska should have been the ones to handle any notification.
If it wasn't in one of the insider emails, they really dropped the ball. I don't want to have to check the website every time I book a ticket to see what benefits are applicable at that particular moment in time.
