Thanks for your help everyone. Miles have posted now. Interestingly the system gave me my new 9920xxx number with 0 miles for 24 ish hours before the miles posted.

However when I made another booking today and tried to use that number it threw an error saying the number was not correct for the name. Using the old temp number worked however and the flight shows in my forthcoming flights (with the new number!).

Now to see if the account ticks over to SEN okay!
