Here are some uses for shower caps from hotels:
* Keep one in the car in case of unexpected rain.
* Place one over a camera while near water on vacation.
* Place around the bottom of a hanging plant before watering to catch runoff.
* Use to keep shoes from touching clothing when packing.
* Use to collect and carry seashells when on the beach.
Was it this article ? http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/20...el_Shower_Caps

Hilton had switched from C&E LaSource to Peter Roth Thomas, what other hotels are still using LaSource ?

Btw, be careful about the free water bottles when hotels are already placed inside the room. I had found out maids don't usually check if the seal already broken or even consumed when the bottles are at the place when those bottles supposed to be.

Twice at Hilton SF financial district, I had water bottles seal are broken but not consumed. And the other time the water was consumed about 1/4 of the bottle. Both times the water bottle are still placed next to the ice buckets like no one had touched, but obviously someone consumed and placed back at the original place.
