I didnt book anything yet, since I didnt even know how to book a W fare ticket. I am only going by what vgb2001 said. With that, I guess its entirely possible that the Delta W fare is not upgradeable. However, I would think that it is since its a W fare and its on AF metal.
Let me call PSS and see what they have to say.
