The way I do it is using delta.com and ask for "Y fare and above", it comes back with Y for domestic US portion ( often with immediate upgrade to First) and W for the AF TATL portion. From there, you call plat line and ask to upgrade using the SWU (assuming that O is available).
I would have thought by doing it that way you will get a fare priced out completey in Y.
As far as O availability, thats the great thing about EF. You can find out about O in less then a minute!
