I'm in the exact same situation (83K pts) as you so I called them.

No, you can't transfer them between family members. You can borrow points but it is not working online you have to call. You can only borrow 15K though and that's not enough for either of us. Only other option was to buy the remaining points but I'll just wait until I've earned the extra 2K then borrow 15K.
