There is a lot of connecting traffic to REP and LPQ at HAN, so you should be fine. Angkor Wat is wonderful, but if you prefer to avoid hordes of tourists better go to LPQ - before it gets too crowded (I mean it is getting more and more crowded these days, but it is still not such the zoo as Angkor).
