Maybe you should ask for a sample of the Y menu Its been a few years since I've travelled in J regionally (after relocating to Singapore regional flights that used to be in J on connections from Australia are now short individual Y sectors), and I've actually noticed an improvement in taste and edibility (but not alway appearance!) of Y food over the last two years, and a few times thought it would stand up quite well if it was plated and served in J.
