Nope. Not about calling your Member of Congress. It's simply the law. Like not crossing at red lights, driving drunk or robbing banks. But, the law explains why businesses, in this case banks are making less money on debit cards so not purchasing miles from air carriers to give to customers to buy their loyalty.
