On my last few (mostly intra-Asian) flights the meal choices and the quality of the meals in J was pretty poor. This covered SGN-SIN, SIN-DPS, BKK-SIN etc. In half the cases I managed ot get what I wanted but it tasted bland at best and pretty poor more often.

I complained to SQ about it and got the usual "we will share it with the relevant departments". Crew & drinks were good though. Better eat on the ground I guess. My BTC meals are still the same due to no changes to the choices for the last 7-8 years, but here too I found execution and quality of the dishes to be going down in standard. YMMV.
