JQi will interline to QFd but you don't meet MCT; won't interline to DJ. With no checked bags you could make it provided doing OLCI for QF (don't think JQ can issue BP for QF). Otherwise the QF domestic check-in cutoff is 30 min before departure, presumably that is 10 min after your landing time; will be doing well to have the jetway connected by then! In short, there is 1% chance of making this, and immigration/customs is the least of your worries.
