When leaving from YUL international terminal, I usually give myself enough time to visit both the MLL and the 'other lounge' (TD?) which I can access either with Amex Plat or Priority Pass. Those lounges are not too far apart, the MLL has a nice view and perhaps slightly better offerings. If you arrive early and it is not crowded yet, it would be perhaps the first choice. The other lounge is facing the other side, is located before gate 53, seems to be quite large and I never saw more than 10 pax there at any given time. The offerings (soup, sandwiches plus the other usual stuff) are ok. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is it! You can also access it simply by paying at the door, the details to be found at the official YUL airport website.
