Keep in mind that the driving being done in lieu of flying (due to the TSA) has resulted in more deaths than were caused by 9/11. So from a safety standpoint, you want to provide as much of an incentive as possible to fly.
LOL -- i'm pretty sure us Americans would be outraged and not see that point.
