Sorry to go off topic a bit by not posting bygone menus below...but as they are recent ones, sometimes it is interesting to see how they compare with the past.

Dragonair First Class

09:45 a.m. departure 12 Sept 2003

Breakfast

Soya Bean Milk, Apple Juice, Tomato Juice, Fresh Orange Juice or Fresh Grapefruit Juice

Fresh Fruit

Fruit Yoghurt, Corn Flakes

Congee with Bird's Nest and Chicken E-fu noodle with Crab Meat or
Congee with Bird's Nest and Chicken Chinese Dim Sum or
Cheese Omelette with Veal Sausage, Fried Potato, Grilled Tomato and Asparagus

Selection of Breakfast Rolls
Butter, Preserves

Tea - Ceylon, English B'fast, Earl Grey, Camomile, Japanese, jasmine, oolong, Hong Kong Style Milk Tea (all made with fresh tea leaves...no bags!)
Coffee: Freshly brewed regular or decaf


Service was good, seats were a bit tired and the product in need of a revamp, which is coming, apparently.
