I cam across TWA First Class Menu from 1985. The flight was from IAD - LAX.

TWA ROYAL AMBASSADOR SERVICE
Your Royal Ambassador Flight includes selections from TWA's American Harvest Service which features seasonal foods from our country's rich bounty. It's always harvest time somewhere in our land even though some gardens and orchards currently lie dormant under a blanket of snow. We pay tribute to American cuisine by including some recipe ideas from the American Harvest Restaurants in the Vista International Hotels and from discoveries at TWA cities throughout the country.

Mariner's Plate
Gulf Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce, Salmon Coronet, Fresh Endive and Snow Pea Pods.

SALAD
Insalata Roma
A Mixture of Romaine, Escarole and Spinach with Salami Strips, Provolone Cheese and Marinated Artichoke Hearts. Enhanced by our Italian Herb or Sherry French Dressing.

The Aristocrat of Roasts. Cooked to your liking and complemented by our Chanterelle Mushroom Sauce.

Roast Duckling, Tangerine Sauce
Partially Boned Roast Ducks in a Sauce of Duck Stock, Orange Juice, Herbs, Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur and Orange Segments. White and Wild Rice with Almonds

Chardonnay Shrimp
Butterflied Gulf Shrimp sauteed in Butter, Shallots, Spices and Chardonnay Wine. Served with Rice Florentine.

Loin Lamb Chops
Spring Lamb Chops cooked to the pink. Accompanied by our Peppered Mint Sauce.

For Those Who Prefer A Change Of Pace...
"Oktoberfest" Platter
Slices of Westphalian and Black Forest Ham, German Potato Salad, Cervelat Wurst, Butter Kase Cheese, Sweet German Mustard, Bavarian Pretzel and Kommissbrot Country Bread.
