After four more flights on that route, here is a little statistic:

lie-flat in J = 0%
recliner = 100%

EC in Y = 100%
pTV in Y = 50% (assumed*)
763+EC = 50% (no pTV or power in Y)

The last two flights are only assumed to be pTV flights since I saw someone from 27C playing that trivia thing on my screen. Anyway, no lie-flats so far, I have one upcoming segment JFK-TXL in about a week and back in about 3 weeks. Will post if someone is interested.
