-Braised Beef Hungary accompanied by Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
-Roasted Spring Chicken with Pesto Sauce served with Ranch Potaotes and Seasonal Vegetables

Dessert: Fresh Fruits, Butter Bread Pudding
