Have been digging around through boxes...still haven't found the really old ones, but here's one I came across from November of 1993. TWA LIS-JFK. #901 Boeing 767. Royal Ambassador Service:

Prior to Takeoff
Premium champagne

After Takeoff
Cocktail or beverage of your choice
Mixed nuts

Prawns, smoked swordfish, and pate de foie with truffle, presented in aspic

Soup
Portuguese cabbage

Salad
Assortment of salad leaves, garnished with corn, peppers, walnuts, tomatoes, cucumbers and black olives
Choice of Roquefort or vinaigrette dressing

Entrees
Henry IV Filet
Paprika sauce chaperones the filet mignon, with Anna potatoes

"Mixed Grill" Poultry
Roasted breast of pheasant, duck and chicken, enhanced with game sauce and potato croquettes

Lamb Brochette
Prepared with mushrooms, onions and peppers, served with madeira sauce and parisienne potatoes

Chilled Poached Salmon and Lobster Medallions
Joined by white asparagus and cucumber slices


Hot entrees will be accompanied by julienne vegetables and brussel sprouts with red peppers
Dinner rolls and butter will be served with all entrees
