Although I haven't experienced SAS's First Class, here is a menu from SAS’s Royal Viking First Class service between Copenhagen and Singapore. I remember seeing a brochure about SAS’s First Class service aboard its DC-8s that advertised an On Board Chef on the long distance flights. A picture showed the aforementioned chef kindly carving a roast for some smiling passengers.
