The rules allow points for two rooms. Doesn't matter how many are on the folio. The hotel may be happy to negotiate a bonus points scenerio for a group booking, but this needs to be done in adavance with the hotel.
I have, in the past, been able to score points for more than two rooms without formality, but I know that this is a courtesy, not a right.
At the moment I'm sitting on a res (3 ires, actually) for six rooms for seven nights at the end of July. It's prepaid, so I don't expect any trouble.
