Your profile says you are in PHX. I'm assuming you enjoy connecting on CO to go most anywhere?
Having the most nonstop flights from PHX certainly is an advantage.

Even when I've been on carriers that have IFE (including US), most of the time I'd rather just use my own entertainment anyway. I load up my laptop with movies, load podcasts on my iPhone, etc. Heck, if I'm going to a country where they don't speak English, a 6+ hour flight across the Atlantic makes a great opportunity to brush up on some of the language they speak.

No I certainly don't care about US being ranked on this list, nor do I care about most of the other companies on it. Here in the PHX area, we really don't have much of a choice for Internet/cable/phone; I've had great service from Cox, yet see them listed as well. I've had DISH network for around 13 years, with fantastic customer service (several instances where they went above + beyond, waiving fees, etc), yet they are also listed.
This kind of begs the question, but I'd be interested in who was actually asked the survey questions. We block any 'unknown' calls on the home caller ID, and just don't answer if we don't know who it is. The few times I have picked up and heard the dead silence before someone wanting a survey made a great chance to hang up.
