Being the original starter of this topic, I want to give you all an update.

Yes....more than one year has past already.....and no, the end is not in sight.

I have chosen to pursue my rights and not give up on my claim for the delayed flight.

After two letters, sent by lawyer, time has come to go to court.

So probably another couple of months, but than my claim procedure will have a (happy) ending...I hope
