Yep - unless you are going to the North Coast go to your hotel! Even Ubud can take 45 minutes at that time of night, so why go somewhere else, repack the next morning, and then travel 25 minutes to your resort?

If you're staying at the Four Season Jimbaran you can watch your planes land from your balcony! Really not far (or by 'near Jimbaran' do you mean Kandara, Uluwatu etc?).
